We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Rainbows Children's Hospice. As a key member of our specialist palliative care team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert care to babies, children, and young people with life-limiting conditions.

You will be responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients, providing professional support to staff, and participating in the on-call rota. You will also contribute to the development of new services within the hospice and manage a team of CNSs and unregistered professionals.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
