Hybrid Working Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Working Care Specialist to join our team at Advanced Care. As a Hybrid Working Care Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
You will have significant experience as an Advanced Practitioner, with a strong track record of collaboration and communication.
Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex and common conditions in primary care, both adults and children, and will be able to demonstrate autonomous physical examination and assessment skills in practice.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, while also contributing to the development of our clinical guidelines.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a health cash plan and access to valuable health and wellbeing services.
Our hybrid working model allows you to choose from a variety of full-time and part-time hours available on different shift patterns.
