Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring seamless food preparation and presentation in accordance with high-end restaurant standards.
  • Design menus with the Head Chef, taking into account seasonal produce and customer preferences.
  • Supervise the kitchen brigade, maintaining a high level of professionalism and productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a 4-star hotel or restaurant, with expertise in food preparation, including butchery, fish preparation, and sauce making.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to forecast, plan, and prioritise tasks effectively.
