About the Role

We are seeking a Property Operations Manager to support our management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our UK property portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating projects, ensuring seamless business operations, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring property management projects to ensure successful completion.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for the management team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the property management sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
