We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) (RMN) (RNLD) to join our team at Blyton Court, Gainsborough. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our service users
  • Lead a team of care assistants to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) (RMN) (RNLD) qualification
  • Current registration with the NMC
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions
  • Excellent clinical leadership and communication skills
