Job Title: Deputy Hospital Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Hospital Director to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in the management and leadership of our hospital, specializing in Learning Disability and Autism care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical and managerial leadership to our nursing team, ensuring adherence to best practice guidelines and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with the Hospital Director to develop and execute strategic plans for the facility, focusing on enhancing quality and patient safety.
* Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing personnel, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement.
* Develop policies and procedures to optimize care delivery and foster a secure, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Requirements:

* Nursing qualification (RGN, RMN, RNLD) and a valid UK NMC Pin.
* Demonstrated experience in leadership or management within a mental health hospital setting or similar environment.
* In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines in nursing.
* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
