Job Advert Role Description

Our Maintenance Person role involves responding to the needs of the services in respect of preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and building projects and repairs at Blyton Court with due regard for the safety of the people we support, staff and public.

Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record is required, working in a maintenance or building role along with a good understanding of health and safety legislation and the ability to complete regulatory checks and paperwork.
