About the Role

The Recruitment/Account Manager will be responsible for supporting service delivery across our client's facility in Edmonton, covering holidays and sickness across sites within the cluster. This role requires managing staff rotas, sickness, and holiday arrangements to ensure the smooth running of the facilities.

You will also be required to recruit new candidates and manage a pool of existing ones to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction and upholding the Company's reputation for excellent service and compliance.

Shift Pattern

The successful candidate can expect a 4 days on, 4 days off rotating shift pattern, either from 8am – 8pm or 10am to 10pm.

Requirements

  • Health & Safety Knowledge: Working knowledge of Health & Safety at work
  • Waste Industry Understanding: An advantage but not essential
  • Problem Solving Skills: Must be able to demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities
  • English Proficiency: Excellent level of English, both spoken and written, is essential
  • Numeracy Skills: Very good level of numeracy
  • Multitasking Abilities: Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Flexibility: Flexible, adaptable approach is essential
  • Driving License: Holding a valid, clean driving license with own car
