Job Title: Urban Development Specialist

Are you a skilled Town Planner looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Consultant to join our team at KAP Recruitment Ltd.

As a Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for working on a variety of projects throughout the UK, including urban development and planning initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement urban development plans and strategies
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and goals
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to inform planning decisions
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Town Planning or a related field
  • Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership
  • Proven experience in urban development and planning
  • Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations
