Sanitation Specialist

About the Role

Corserv is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sanitation Specialist to join their team at Albion Court in Torpoint. As a Sanitation Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the communal areas, toilets, and laundry rooms. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent service will make a significant difference in ensuring the site remains a clean and welcoming environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

• Use appropriate powered cleaning equipment to clean communal areas, toilets, and laundry rooms in accordance with site specifications.
• Keep paths, steps, and outside hard surface areas tidy, including the emptying of litter bins.
• Remove graffiti as directed by the management team.
• Perform other extra or general duties as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor/Manager in accordance with the site specification or as may be necessary from time to time.
