Senior Social Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Care Specialist to join our Adults Care and Support Team in Cornwall. As a Senior Social Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social care services to vulnerable adults, working closely with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct needs assessments, mental capacity assessments, and support planning for vulnerable adults
* Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of service users
* Work collaboratively with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
* Provide training and support to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Post-qualifying experience of working as a Qualified Social Worker in the Adults Social Care Sector
* 1 year experience within the UK
* Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* SWE Registered
* Degree in Social Work
