  • Review residential, nursing home, or day centre placements to ensure they meet the needs of service users.
  • Work effectively with other professionals to ensure a seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Post-qualifying experience of working as a Qualified Social Worker in the Adults Social Care sector.
  • Duty working experience.
  • 1 year of experience within the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • SWE Registered.
  • Degree in Social Work.
