At Spread Co Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving client funding and encouraging trading activity through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with potential clients to convert demo accounts to live trading accounts.
  • Drive client funding and encourage trading activity through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our financial products and the CFD and spread betting industry.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, motivation, and a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and CFD/Spread Betting market is a plus, however not essential.
