Financial Transaction Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Assistant to support our Accounts Payable team in Plymouth.

Job Description:- Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments efficiently and accurately.
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure account accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle purchase ledger queries from suppliers and internal teams effectively.
- Support month-end processes, including report preparation and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Experience in accounts payable and knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to process improvement.
