Project Engineer - Fixed Wing & Rotary Wing

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill our Project Engineer position, supporting the Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing areas of the Part 145 at Argo Aviation International Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with the CAMO/operator to discuss maintenance requirements, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Research tooling, materials, and 3rd party requirements to support maintenance inputs, applying your analytical skills to drive efficiency.
  • Build work packs effectively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Manage technical records throughout maintenance inputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Draft logbook certificates, verifying their completeness and attention to detail.
  • Review technical records for completed work packs, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes.
  • Provide planning support for technology upgrades, enhancing our operational capabilities.
  • Implement improvements to streamline time booking and work pack completion, driving productivity and reducing costs.
  • Support the implementation of a new software package, ensuring a seamless transition.

To Develop Into:

  • Support the trim/paint bay with planning and administrative tasks, leveraging your organizational skills.
  • Ongoing project support within the FW and RW areas of the Part 145, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Man hour and material planning for the trim/paint bay, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Develop safety and quality procedures, including authorization management, continuation training, and safety investigations.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, identifying areas for growth and implementing effective solutions.
  • Provide auditing support, developing expertise through training and experience.
  • Air track/Envision software experience is highly beneficial, enabling you to leverage cutting-edge tools.
