About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Medical Records Specialist with Capita, where you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records. Your role will involve undertaking clinical activity in a professional manner, following guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed for each scrutiny
  • Undertaking clinical activity in a professional manner following NMC/HCPC guidelines
  • Maintaining Service Level Agreements to ensure all work is carried out and paperwork is completed legibly and returned within agreed timeframes
  • Assessment and completion of computerised documents
  • Complying with Capita Audit and Quality Assurance processes
  • Supporting with other tasks associated with the role

Requirements:

  • Qualified Healthcare Professionals with current UK registration (e.g. NMC/HCPC) and experience in post-Registration
  • Co-operating with and respecting colleagues to create a positive working culture
  • Computer literacy using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong accuracy levels
  • Ability to work well in a team and respect other departments
