Process Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to lead and execute continuous improvement process control projects on site at Williams Manufacturing. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £47,582 + 10% Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Generous Pension Scheme + Healthcare Plan + Rewards & Benefits Platform + Life Assurance + Employee Assistance Programme.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute continuous improvement process control projects on site.

• Enhance productivity, reduce waste, make cost savings, and optimize resources.

• Conduct data analysis to report on trends, uncover inefficiencies, and develop a process improvement plan.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Champion Health & Safety on site at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience as a project, manufacturing, process, or production engineer.

• Background in heavy manufacturing or engineering.

• Degree or equivalent in mechanical or chemical engineering.

• Comfortable working in a mixed hands-on and office-based environment.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around £63,000 based on the location and industry standards.
