About the Position

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements. You will also be expected to promote a positive HSEQI culture, ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments, and participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, promoting a positive HSEQI culture.
  • Operations Management: Lead the operations of production and logistics installations, ensuring safety, availability, energy performance, and compliance with product quality standards.
  • Performance Optimisation: Conduct performance reviews, identify process improvements, and ensure effective communication and follow-up on remedial actions.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage controllable OPEX, monitor variances, and implement improvement actions to optimize costs.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct appraisals, manage succession planning, and ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Interface Management: Ensure alignment and effective communication between the business team and other departments, addressing and resolving interface issues.
  • Project Management: Lead the identification and execution of projects, including modifications, maintenance shutdowns, and turnarounds.
  • Incident Management: Lead and participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.

This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real impact on our organization's success. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
