About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Service Charge Administrator to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, supporting the successful completion of Service Charge accounts for multiple retirement developments across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be a friendly communicator and a team player who enjoys being part of an office-based team. Previous accounting and budgeting experience is advantageous, as well as accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with large amounts of numerical data.

You will be educated to a minimum of GCSE level C / 5 (or equivalent) in Maths and English, and full training is in place from day one. We also provide opportunities to study towards an AAT accounting qualification and nurture your career in accounting and finance.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
