About the Job:

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our drivers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to provide excellent service to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate driver schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver hours, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Develop strong relationships with drivers to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with transportation laws and regulations.
