Key Responsibilities:

  • Process internal and external emails, including those from Dr Marks and various primary care professionals.">
  • Open and process daily post, including Royal Mail and internal courier post.">
  • Generate computer audits of patients/diseases and liaise with the Clinical Pharmacist, Vaccination Coordinator, Digital IT PCN lead, and other local colleagues.">
  • Maintain stock levels of stationery and disposable clinical items, including pathology supplies.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have experience working in a GP practice as a secretary or receptionist and be familiar with the EMIS clinical system. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask under pressure, and have a friendly professional telephone manner.

Benefits:

This is a part-time position, 32 hours per week, 8 hours per day, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. You will not be required to attend on Tuesday. You will be entitled to weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays and can join/remain in the NHS Pension Scheme.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
