We are looking for a skilled sonographer to join our team at the NHS. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in ultrasound imaging to deliver high-quality care to patients. As a band 7 sonographer, you will be responsible for providing a supportive learning environment for trainee sonographers and contributing to the delivery of a high-quality Diagnostic Ultrasound Service.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the provision of a high-quality Diagnostic Ultrasound Service to the Trust.
  • Support the superintendent radiographer in the day-to-day organization of the department and accept responsibility for designated areas of work.
Requirements
  • BSc Hons degree or DCR in Diagnostic Radiography.
  • NHS experience in ultrasound imaging post-qualification.
  • An up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging ultrasound techniques and relevant topics/professional issues.

A salary of £20,753 to £23,417 per annum inclusive (based on 15 hours per week) is offered for this role, recognizing the value of your contributions to the Trust.
