Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage documentation with precision and in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry and compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to company and group policies.
- Lead assigned projects and supply to other team projects as needed, ensuring successful completion.
- Stay informed of regulatory and legal changes that impact the role, ensuring compliance.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to urgent issues, providing effective solutions.
- Interpret and implement instructions and issues in line with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Business Units, encouraging teamwork.
- Handle client renewals and mid-term adjustments as required, delivering high-quality service.
- Remain up-to-date with industry, legal, and regulatory developments to ensure high standards of practice and output.
- Proficient in IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of undertaking and demonstrating competence in technical training as required by industry regulations.
- Prior experience in insurance or a customer-facing environment is preferred.
- GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Maths essential.
