The ideal candidate will have experience of working with young people and possess a good understanding of the issues facing looked after children and care leavers. They will also have experience of engaging with decision-makers and promoting the voices and views of care experienced young people and care leavers.
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about developing the leadership skills of young people and empowering them to make positive changes in their lives.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,737 per annum (£9,095 for 15 hours) and a range of benefits including 25 days' annual leave plus statutory holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities- To support participants in the Leading Change project to develop their leadership skills.
- To assist in the delivery of our youth leadership training programme.
- To promote respect for all people and support care experienced young people and care leavers in achieving their goals.
