Residential Sales Business Development Lead

We are looking for a Residential Sales Business Development Lead to join our Kings Permanent Recruitment - Portico (LRG) team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Estate Agency and be able to develop the core business in the branch.
This exciting opportunity offers a basic salary of £24,000, plus a company car or £2,400 car allowance, with on-target earnings of £40,000 to £45,000. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 6:00pm, Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, and only 1 in 2 Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
You will be responsible for appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties, identifying potential business opportunities, and ensuring referral to the appropriate division. As a key member of the team, you will also assist with the management of the team.
