Job Summary

The Fixed Income Product Control team at Jefferies International Limited is seeking a skilled professional to join their team in London. As a Fixed Income Product Controller, you will be responsible for providing financial control and analysis support to the Fixed Income business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce daily P&L reports, including day review, flash v actual analysis, and accounting for fee revenues and expenses.
  • Prepare weekly commentary analysis for financial reporting.
  • Assist with month-end work, including balance sheet substantiation, reconciliation of reported P&L to ledger, and review of IPV process.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance P&L production and automation.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in structured products and financial control.
  • Qualified accountant with knowledge of reserving methodologies and valuation adjustments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to automate and rationalize processes.
