**Job Title:** Senior Fixed Income Structurer

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fixed Income Structurer to join our team at Citigroup Global Markets Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, marketing, and executing fixed income solutions for our clients in the EMEA region.

 

As a Senior Fixed Income Structurer, you will work closely with our sales, trading, and control teams to originate transactions, lead the approval process of new products, and execute mandated transactions. You will also be an integral member of our team that generates product ideas and expands the boundaries of what is possible through working with trading/sales/control functions.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Originate transactions through product pitches/marketing to the sales force and clients
  • Lead approval process of new products and bespoke transactions
  • Lead execution of mandated transactions
  • Be an integral member of a team that will generate product ideas

 

**Requirements:**

  • Prior knowledge of illiquid credit, risk transfer trades, derivative pricing, and structured financing
  • Experience of solution-type trades is key (e.g., SRT, securitization documentation, SPVs, etc.)
  • Familiarity with credit markets, including public credit, private credit, capital stacks (e.g., AT1, sub-debt, etc.)
  • Familiarity with pricing of credit derivative and structuring financing trades, highly competent at using spreadsheets, building tools, etc.
  • Experience of dealing with legal, regulatory, and accounting issues (issues, documents, rules, people, etc.) is key for this role. Ideally, multiple languages
  • A quantitative degree in e.g., mathematics, physics, computer science, or economics is preferred
