The SushiSamba kitchen is seeking a skilled Pastry Sous Chef to lead our brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assume Head Pastry Chef responsibilities in their absence.
- Manage staff, ensuring food is prepared, plated, and served efficiently.
- Contribute to menu planning and ordering.
- Collaborate with the team to drive growth and development.
Your Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or higher.
- Experience working with similar cuisine.
- Excellent English language communication skills.
- Ability to maintain recipes, processes, and standards.
- Drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn.
- Flexible availability, working 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday.
