Compensation Package
Our competitive pay rates range from £13.00 to £19.00 per hour, ensuring that our staff members receive fair compensation for their hard work and dedication. Additionally, we offer flexible hours, confirmed rotas, holiday pay, full clinical training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing essential care and support to our service users, focusing on their individual needs and preferences.
- Participating in activities that promote social interaction, community engagement, and sensory-based experiences.
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for our service users.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- 3 months of previous care experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- The capacity to handle personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and other tasks associated with the role.
