MTrec Ltd is a leading international group owned manufacturing business with a proud heritage of delivering high value products throughout the UK and overseas. We are now entering a new and exciting phase of development, and we are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our team.

About the Role

  • Handle inbound customer and representative sales calls to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and deliver technical training to sales team members to enhance their understanding of our products and improve their selling techniques.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, product datasheets, and application notes to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Develop sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide technical assistance during pre-sales and post-sales interactions to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Basic RMA/Handoff and customer complaint administration to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales inbox triage to prioritize and manage sales leads efficiently.

About You

  • Previous internal technical sales experience is required, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Ability to calculate percentages, discounts, interest, and proportions to provide accurate sales quotes and proposals.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and industry events to build relationships and drive sales growth.
