Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced radiographer to join our imaging team at the Oxford Centre for Clinical Magnetic Resonance Research (OCMR). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, efficient, and effective MR scanning service for cardiovascular, liver, and neuro-imaging research protocols.

Main Duties
  • Assess each patient independently and adapt techniques according to their needs.
  • Contribute to the working environment where patients can receive optimum care.
  • Ensure the safe use of expensive diagnostic imaging equipment.
Working for Our Organisation

The cardiology department at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford is a major provider of cardiac care within South East England. We are a busy and friendly department seeking a senior radiographer to support the clinical cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) service.

You will be an integral part of a dynamic team in a world-renowned CMR centre, providing a tertiary centre service for the John Radcliffe and surrounding hospitals. There may be opportunities to support imaging research projects and further study.

Informal visits to the unit are strongly encouraged.
