Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Land Manager to identify and acquire Sites that are consented, STP or unconditionally through their network of agents.
Sites will be from 100 units – 1000 units and can be acquired a number of ways to ensure the National Housebuilder gets the deal with a board that is able to act very quickly if the deal is right.
The ideal candidate will be from a land acquisitions background and have at least 4 years post graduate experience as well as being a pro-active worker with a keen eye for a good deal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire Sites that are consented, STP or unconditionally
- Work with a network of agents to secure deals
- Collaborate with the board to ensure quick decision-making
- Utilize land acquisitions expertise to negotiate favorable deals
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in land acquisitions
- Pro-active worker with a keen eye for a good deal
- Strong understanding of land acquisitions principles
