About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the contribution of the branch in line with business plans and overall company policy and strategy. This will involve participating in proactive and reactive sales, both internally and externally, managing and achieving branch budgets and targets, developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business, and lapsed accounts, providing training and development for staff, and ensuring that the team meets operational standards.
