About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals. As a Community Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of community settings, including patients' homes and community hospitals.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with access to ongoing training and development opportunities. You will be part of a team of experienced healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

The role will involve assessing and monitoring patient conditions, arranging diagnostic tests, and recognizing and responding to emergency situations. You will also be responsible for displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making in changing clinical situations.

We are looking for a nurse who is clinically up-to-date, aware of current issues in community nursing, and has a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
