About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at Hydro-X. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our business activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and manage tasks, ensuring timely completion and accurate recording.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience of using data entry systems and software.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
