Job Description:

Benton Robertson is seeking a highly experienced Biomedical Scientist to join our team in Central London. As a Haematology/Blood Transfusion Biomedical Scientist, you will be responsible for working with our client in a dynamic laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform haematology and blood transfusion tests and analyses
  2. Contribute to the development and implementation of laboratory procedures
  3. Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations
  4. Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Current HCPC Registration
  2. IBMS Accredited Degree
  3. Experience working within a UK Haematology/Blood Transfusion laboratory

Working Hours and Contract Duration:

5 hours a week, Monday - Sunday once competencies are signed off (no nights), on a 3 month rolling basis (ongoing).
