About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group Ltd. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to commercial clients, managing day-to-day needs, and ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring they receive the highest level of service
  • Handle day-to-day enquiries, renewal preparation, cross-selling, and negotiate new policies with existing clients
  • Review and process policy amendments arising from changes to cover and circumstance
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and work with our service and claims advisers to ensure a smooth customer journey
Requirements
  • A minimum of Grade C/Grade 4 in GCSE Maths & English
  • Strong IT literacy and proficiency using MS Office Applications
  • A valid full driving licence and access to your own car for customer visits
