About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Utilita Energy, a leading provider of energy solutions. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our CRM and customer journey products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our customer team to modernize our current products and services, as well as manage new products.
  • Be responsible for the value and viability risks for a product and be overall accountable for the product's outcomes.
  • Monitor all aspects of a product's performance to inform the product roadmap and be accountable for the ownership of the product backlogs by prioritizing the needs of the business.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, as well as gather customer insights to inform product decisions.
Requirements
  • Commercial Product Management experience of CRM systems and the customer journey.
  • Ability to take accountability for the products outcomes and deliver value to the team.
  • Previous experience of conducting competitor analysis and identifying opportunities and threats.
