Job Title: Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Utilita Energy. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing our CRM and customer journey products, working closely with our customer team to modernize our current products and services, and managing new products.

About the Role:

You will be accountable for the value and viability risks for a product and overall responsible for the product's outcomes. You will monitor all aspects of a product's performance to inform the product roadmap and be accountable for the ownership of the product backlogs by prioritizing the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Gather customer insights to inform product decisions
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly experienced Product Manager with a background in CRM systems and customer journey management. You will have a strong understanding of the energy and utilities sector and be able to analyze complex data to inform product decisions.
