Community Engagement Officer

Key Responsibilities:
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of social housing refurbishments, focusing on exceptional customer service and resident support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and clients through regular meetings and effective communication.
- Implementing and enforcing a consistent customer care approach to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Resolving tenant complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinating and managing tenant relationships across multiple sites to ensure minimal disruption and smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Prior experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role or a similar position.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting residents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with tenants and clients.
- Desirable experience with Social Housing or Decarbonisation Fund projects.
