Job Description: Community Support Liaison Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Support Liaison Officer. In this rewarding role, you will work directly with clients, providing emotional support and guidance to help them engage with relevant services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and local community groups to promote peer support and mental health services.
  • Collaborate with local colleges to facilitate a Level 2 apprenticeship in Adult Care.
  • Provide regular updates on client progress and develop strategies to address any challenges that arise.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt. A basic understanding of IT and the ability to undertake independent travel across the area are also essential.
