Job Description:
You will be responsible for supporting service users in gaining access to suitable accommodation, working closely with partner agencies such as the Local Authority, Housing Strategy Teams, and Landlords to achieve successful housing outcomes.
Key objectives include facilitating communication between stakeholders, identifying potential barriers to housing, and developing strategies to overcome them.
Regular travel is required to cover HMP Winchester, necessitating access to transport for daily commutes and occasional multi-site travel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role is ideal for recent graduates with knowledge of the Justice System or Criminal Psychology.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A strong understanding of housing policies and procedures is essential, as well as experience working with vulnerable populations.
