Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT resources and staff at the site level, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide first-line, second-line, and third-line IT support to users on-site, resolving technical issues and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to develop and implement technical solutions that meet the needs of staff and students.
- Responsible for site resources and allocations, ensuring that all equipment and software are properly maintained and up-to-date.
- Follow documentation processes and procedures for new and existing site resources, including maintenance of the software catalogue and current licenses.
- Facilitate on-site exams, ensuring that all necessary software and hardware are deployed and functioning correctly.
- Deploy hardware and software to support the educational experience, working closely with teaching staff and students.
- Utilize your knowledge of the area of work to provide an effective, user-friendly, and professional service, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
