Job Title: Water Feature Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water Feature Construction Manager to join our team at Reflections Water Gardens. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our water feature construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules to meet project goals
  • Supervise and train construction staff to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress and finances
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in water feature construction management
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
