About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water Feature Construction Manager to lead our team in the design, construction, and maintenance of natural sanctuaries for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and project management
  • Estimate and acquire new accounts to grow our business
  • Coordinate construction roles and responsibilities with team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • Post to social media to promote our brand and attract new clients
  • Measure progress through reviewing performance goals and deadlines to ensure projects run on schedule
  • Adapt to the needs of the team and assist the project manager with other tasks as needed
  • Include client feedback as construction progresses and help the crew execute change orders
  • Maintain a daily logbook to document all occurrences throughout the construction process

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and driven individual with a background in water features design and construction
  • Ability to work in harsh weather conditions and lift heavy objects
  • Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, codes, equipment, material resources, methods, and project management principles

Compensation

$75,000
