Lead Homecare Professional in Wandsworth

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Wandsworth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting individual needs assessments, risk assessments, and introductory visits for new and potential clients.
  • They will ensure that all client visits are covered and be on-call in case of emergency.
  • The Field Care Supervisor will liaise closely with Care Coordinators regarding recruitment, allocation of care workers, and writing of care agreements.
  • They will identify suitable care workers to cover absences and allocate alternative workers when needed.
  • The role also involves facilitating the practical induction of new care workers and providing in-field training as required.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (preferred)
  • Residence within 5 miles of Wandsworth is preferred
