This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the area of Physical Health care for SMI population and within the ECT treatment unit.

The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) is a teaching trust with strong links to local universities, providing high-quality mental health and learning disability services as an employer of choice.

We are seeking a registered nurse who is passionate about delivering high standards of clinical care and skilled in physical health monitoring equipment.

Key responsibilities include assessing patient mental health and cognitive function, documenting and handing over findings, and performing Annual Physical Health Checks for SMI population.

An estimated salary of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.
