We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Executive to join our team at Clive Owen LLP. As a key member of our Corporate Finance department, you will play a vital role in driving our firm's growth and success in the competitive financial landscape.

As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the partner in leading M&A transactions from commencement through to completion. This will involve liaising with clients, lawyers, funders, and other advisers, as well as undertaking valuations of various businesses and preparing financial projections models.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the partner in leading M&A transactions, including liaising with clients and other stakeholders
  • Undertaking valuations of businesses, either as a standalone engagement or to support the assessment of M&A options
  • Preparing financial projections models, working closely with clients to identify and challenge assumptions
  • Undertaking financial due diligence to support fund-raising, private equity, and M&A transactions
  • Developing a network of contacts across the North-East professional community and representing Clive Owen Corporate Finance across the region

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong technical knowledge of accounting, audit, and/or tax, and experience in preparing and/or reviewing financial projections models and share valuation models would be beneficial.
