### Job Description:
Are you a graduate looking for a new opportunity to gain experience supporting children with Autism (ASD)?
A creative and inclusive Primary School is seeking a confident, ambitious, and outgoing Autism Support Assistant to provide support for pupils with various Special Educational Needs.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support for pupils with Autism (ASD) in a Primary School setting
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
* Assist pupils with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and inclusion
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
### Requirements:
* Graduate level qualification or equivalent experience
* Ability to work with children with Autism (ASD) and other Special Educational Needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
