In this role, you will work closely with our autistic pupils, providing individualized support to help them access the curriculum and develop their independence and self-esteem. You will be part of a vibrant community where every child is valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to autistic pupils, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
